BRIEF HISTORY
The school resumed officially for the first time on Monday, 15th September 2008 as a complete centre of Education
with the singular purpose of inculcating moral values and basic learning principles into the child. It is a Faith
based school and a Montessori/Nigerian curriculum system of education is run in the school.
The purpose is to fully satisfy the child’s needs physically, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and socially through the use of modern educational materials and teaching methods.
The school started with seventeen (17) pupils on the first day of resumption.
VISION/MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to explore and bring out the best potentials in the child by giving an all-round qualitative, competitive education and moral instructions that adequately prepare children to be GOD-fearing, future leaders of high integrity with great leadership skills.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1. To maximize the inherent potentials in every child through the laying of solid educational foundation.
2. To develop in the child the right attitudes, excellent character and good moral lifestyle.
3. To lead the child to faith in God and total dependence on Him for every situation in life.
4. To build up leadership traits in the child by making him/her take up leadership roles with a high sense
of responsibility, integrity, tolerance, patriotism expected of future wise leaders of Nigeria and the World at large.
MOTTO OF THE SCHOOL
The motto of the school is “A Generation Of Godly Wise Leaders”.
ACHIEVEMENTS
1.The population of the pupils has increased to over two hundred (200) in the past years.
2.The academic standard of the school is very high. This is evident in a 100% record it boasts in the pupils that
have written the entrance examinations into various secondary schools.
3.The school has contributed a great deal to community service in the area of road repairs, environmental cleaning
of the community, visiting and donating gift items to the motherless children as well as babies in the health care centres.
4.The pupils have been on excursion to different places such as: The national Park and Zoo, Asokoro, Capital FM,
Radio house, Garki, Ecumenical centre, etc. The director in charge of visits at the ecumenical centre remarked that as at the time of the visit, the pupils of the school were the first to climb the tower to the very top.
5.Creation of job opportunities in the area of employment.
CLUB ACTIVITIES
The school is involved in various club activities to help the children build up their social and humanitarian skills.
The school operates the ing clubs:
1. Literary and debating club
2. Bible club
3. Jets club
4. Home makers club.
In addition, the school organises a mentoring session for the pupils to guide them in behaviour and decision
makings and to know how they feel and how they could be helped.
